Delivery & Return Policy

MyPlast delivers flexible packaging products worldwide. Our delivery process includes:

• Production Time: 7-14 business days depending on order complexity and customization

• Shipping Time: 2-5 business days (domestic) / 5-15 business days (international)

• Shipping Partners: We work with reliable logistics partners for safe delivery

• Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Order weight and dimensions

• Delivery destination

• Shipping method selected

Free shipping may be available for orders above certain thresholds. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

For standard products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

**Exceptions**: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-printed products with customer logos or designs

• Products manufactured to customer specifications

• Opened hygiene products

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@myplast.com.tr within 14 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions

4. Ship the products in their original packaging

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned products.

If you receive damaged or defective products:

1. Do not accept delivery of visibly damaged packages

2. Document any damage with photos

3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

4. We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost

For manufacturing defects discovered after delivery, please contact us within 30 days.

• Defective/Damaged Products: Return shipping is covered by MyPlast

• Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Incorrect Orders: Return shipping is covered by MyPlast
