What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type. For Doypack it starts from 10,000 pcs, Flat Bottom from 5,000 pcs, and roll stock from 500 kg. For special projects, please contact us.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production takes 15-20 business days. This may vary depending on product complexity and current production capacity. Express production options are available for urgent orders.
Do you offer design support?
Yes, our in-house graphics team can help with artwork preparation. We provide digital proofs before printing and offer free design consultation for your packaging needs.
What barrier options are available?
We offer various barrier solutions: PET/PE for basic protection, metalized films for medium barrier, and aluminum foil laminates for maximum barrier. We also have Mono-PE recyclable options.
Are your products food-safe?
Absolutely. All our products are BRCGS AA certified and comply with EU food contact regulations. We provide migration test results and certificates upon request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, we provide free stock samples for evaluation. For printed samples, there may be a nominal charge which is deducted from your first order.
