What Is a Spouted Pouch?
A spouted pouch is a stand-up pouch with a plastic spout and screw cap welded into the top seal. Also called a spout pouch or a doypack with spout, it replaces bottles and jars for liquids and pastes. Packaging weight and storage volume drop sharply, and the empty pouches arrive flat, which cuts transport and warehouse costs.

Materials and Barrier
Spout diameter and cap type are chosen for the product's viscosity and your filling machine.
