Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
For digital print, at least 3,000 pcs per size (at least 1,000 pcs per design). For flexo and rotogravure the minimum depends on size and material and is confirmed by quote.
What are plates and do I pay for them?
Plates are the print tools made for each colour in flexo printing (€150 per colour). Digital print needs no plates, which is why small runs stay economical. Rotogravure cylinders cost €250 per colour.
How long does delivery take?
Digital print: Express 14, Economy 40 working days. Flexo and rotogravure: 30 working days after plate approval (Flat Bottom 40).
How do I pay?
Digital print: 70% upfront, the balance before dispatch. Flexo orders: 50% upfront. Bank transfer or card.
Digital or flexo?
Digital suits small runs, trials and many designs; at medium and high volumes the unit price drops with flexo or rotogravure. The calculator shows the price of each method.
How should I prepare the artwork?
Vector PDF or AI, CMYK, at least 300 dpi with a 3 mm bleed. We prepare the size-specific technical drawing and print after your written proof approval.
Can I get a sample?
Unprinted stock samples and printed samples are separate processes. Send your request through the form or WhatsApp and we will tell you which fits.
