Frequently asked questions
How are custom printed pouch prices calculated?
The price depends on pouch type, size, material structure, print type and quantity. The calculator suggests the size from your product and fill weight, picks the sealant thickness for the weight, and shows the unit price, total, minimum order and plate cost instantly.
What is the minimum order for printed stand up pouches?
Digital print starts at 3,000 pcs (1,000 per design). For flexo and rotogravure the minimum depends on size and material; the calculator shows it for your size. Quantities below it are routed to digital print.
What are plate costs and when are they waived?
Flexo plates cost €150 per colour and rotogravure cylinders €250 per colour, once. Digital print needs no plates. On high-volume flexo and rotogravure orders the plates are free; the calculator shows from which quantity.
Should I choose digital or flexo printing?
For 3,000 – 20,000 pcs and several designs, digital print is the most economical: there are no plates. For higher volumes of one design flexo, and for very high repeat volumes rotogravure, give the lowest unit price.
What is the lead time?
Digital: 14 working days on the Express Programme, 40 on the Economy Programme. Flexo and rotogravure: 30 working days after plate approval, 40 for flat bottom bags.
Do prices include VAT and how do I pay?
Prices are in EUR, excluding VAT, Ex-Works Istanbul. Digital orders: 70 % in advance and 30 % before delivery; flexo and rotogravure: 50 % / 50 %.
