Frequently asked questions
How is the flexo printing price calculated?
Pouch type, size, laminate, number of colours and quantity set the price. The calculator suggests the MyPlast standard size for your product and shows the unit price and total for every quantity step. Plates are a separate line.
What is the minimum order for flexo printing?
It depends on size and material; the calculator shows the lowest quantity for your pouch as the first step. Smaller quantities suit digital printing.
How much are flexo plates?
Flexo plates cost €150 per colour, charged once. On large orders the plates are free; the calculator marks that step “Free plates”.
Flexo or rotogravure?
Flexo is more economical for medium to large runs and frequent artwork changes. Rotogravure gives the finest print on very large, repeat runs, with a higher cylinder cost.
